Eldercoaching
- Families can be in the same city or geographically apart. Bridge lines, a phone service where
many parties call the same number at the same time, are used so families can
have round table discussions without having to travel.

Information about legal, financial, emotional
aspects of aging is provided to families as needed. It is easy to get overwhelmed
with the information that is on the internet. Web based resources can be indentified that can connect families to
the help they need.

E-mail access for additional questions arise after the family phone conversations. We can answer questions or provide resources.

Moving
Grief through Physical Storytelling
Sarah combines her work
as a Dance/Movement Therapist, Eldercoach and Storyteller to help people shift their experience of grief. Participants
verbally share a story and then other participants are selected to retell the story in movement so that the teller becomes
witness to their own story. This objective viewing brings new insights and awareness for the tellers and the movers
as they literally share stories together.
