Our Commitment
To bring dignity to the later years of life by supporting choice for every family.

Our Philosophy
A friend of mine called me long distance. Her father and mother had to
be hospitalized for general decline. Their home was in shambles. They couldn’t care for themselves. My friend had exhausted
herself driving out of state every month to care for her parents. She had to move them to our city. I started with some questions:
What do they want to do? Do they want your help? Do they have Medicaid? Do they have long term insurance? Do
you have power of attorney? Do you know what medical care they need? Do you know the nursing homes here? How do you want to get
them here? How can I support you?
Both parents were able to be moved to a facility in the same city where my friend lived. She was able to care
for them. Their health improved and they were able to have many months of quality of life. My friend was comforted
by having more time with both of her parents and finding more peace and closure before they died.
